Who Am I ?

I am the owner of a small entrepreneurial investment and management company focused on strip shopping centers throughout north suburban Atlanta.

I started my career as a broker helping owners sell their shopping centers. Many had high vacancy rates and I was surprised at how often I would ask the owner a question about one of the the tenants and was told "I don't deal with the tenants, talk with the management company". That struck me as odd, because I could never understand how anyone could turn such a important investment over into the hands of a un-vested third party.

We are a company who understands how important "the tenant" is to our business and we realize that in order for us to be successful we need our tenants to be happy and successful as well.  This is why we put so much effort into making sure our tenants are satisfied and their business's are operating at their peak performance. Our mutual goals and expectations are discussed at the beginning and made part of the lease, so we each know what to expect from each other during your stay with us.

This philosophy has helped shape the belief systems that now guide our company today. We believe in the entrepreneurial spirit, we believe in strong, supportive relationships with our tenants by helping them develop and operate a thriving and successful business.
